We carved pumpkins for family home evening. Cody getting the pattern on the pumpkin.

Brad and Erika carving their first pumpkins together.

Cody and Tim getting the nasty stuff out of the pumpkin.

This our finished pumpkin!! We had such a great time. After, we had chili and rolls for supper!!!
The missionaries came over and ate with us also.

How fun!!! Don't you just love this time of year! PS - I'm trying to get a babysitter for the big football party - I hope it works out - I'd love to come!
Carving pumpkins is always so much fun! We are doing it tonight! I think with the girls it might be a bit more messy though ;0)
What a fun night and to end with chili and rolls...mmmm...nothing better!! Fall is so awesome!!
That is a skill I've never acquired! I'm so jealous, the pumpkins look great!!!
Pumpkin looks great- we usually do this too but I think we are just going to decorate one instead since sean is gone- too much for just me to tackle:)
They look great!! That's what we did for FHE too! Check out our blog for pics! But Scott wanted to roast the pumpkin seeds. I've never done it before so we tried it they're not too bad. Kinda taste like popcorn.
Wow! You're pumpkins are much more creative than mine ever were. I stick to basic shapes such as triangles and squares. Sounds like it was a fun night!
What cute pumpkins! A fun FHE!
