Learning To Cook Filipino Food

My niece Rome has a friend from the Philippines, her name is Grace. She went to Rome's to make supper and they invited me to come over and cook with them. Grace made spring rolls and a stir fry dish with noodles called Pancit.  She also made a cake. All were very yummy. Grace is getting me ready for my soon to be daughter Rachel. I will be making some of these dishes for our family. There is a picture of a coconut dessert which is Korean.
